Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is held by way of penalty; 2 days before the date of arrival, the penalty amounts to 60% of the total.
CHECK-IN:
Check in from 01.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Outside thses hours, contact the reception. Arrivals on Sundays and Holiday have to be before 13:00.
A deposit of € 155.00 is required.
CHECK-OUT:
Please vacate the apartments by 10.30 am on the date of departure. Any damage found at check-out will be charged on the basis of a damage price list.
