Intellectual Rights on the Drawings and Graphs
This site constitutes a work whose ROMEESCAPE is the author within the meaning of the articles L 111.1 and following of the Code of the intellectual property. Design and the development of the aforesaid site having been ensured by the company 1k-Digital ( Estonia ).
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences sound or not as all works integrated in the site are the property of ROMEESCAPE or third person having authorized ROMEESCAPE to use them.
The reproductions, on a paper medium or data processing, of the aforesaid site, logos and images which are reproduced there are authorized provided that they are strictly reserved for a personal use excluding any use with purpose advertising executives and/or commercial and/or of information and/or that they are in conformity with the provisions of the L122-5 article of the Code of the Intellectual Property.
With the exception of the provisions above, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by some process that it is and on some support that it is, of whole or part of the site, of whole or part of various works and graphs which make it up, without to have obtained the preliminary authorization of ROMEESCAPE, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offence of counterfeit punished two years of imprisonment and 150.000 euros fine.
