At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in from 02.00 (14.00).If we had no guests staying/checking out and the place is clean you can check in on your arrival..
Check-out: before midday. If we have no guests checking in you are welcome to stay until your flight time.
Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The rates are per apartment based on 2 people staying. Extra guests are charged at between Euro 30 -50 depending on the apartment booked. Check apartment site for correct rates.
Are the apartments located in an area suitable for children.
All our apartments and houses are located in, on or around the main attractions in the centre of Rome this is the oldest part of the city close by and is suitable for all.
Are the apartments & houses suitable for children.
Most of our apartments involve climbing stairs so may not be suitable for children. Some have lifts. Check the apartment details before booking.
Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No., All apartments are self-catering
Is heating / Air-Con included in the price?
Yes.
Can we settle the bill on arrival?
We prefer to settle account on arrival by credit card or cash. We offer 4% discount when the total bill is paid by bank transfer and NOT credit card.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Italian & French
How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors in both our buildings and as the houses are original they have no elevator. But the higher you go up the better the views. We also have some single units in several buildings around Rome which have elevators. if you require an apartment with a lift please let us know.
Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, we have some of the most romantic rooms in Rome.
All our apartments are decorated differently, some are very romantic. Are apartments are in the centre of the city so there is a certain amount of street noise but nothing that would keep you a wake.
Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes all linens and towels are supplied. Further towels or linen are supplied on request.
Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard or patio?
No regret not at present. But we are adding additional apartments soon, a balcony and patio is high on the list of requirements for new units.

No, see above.
Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. (we could remove the ash trays)
Is there a TV in the apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there are TV & Video.in all rooms Each bedroom & living room has a TV/DVD or video.with a selection of dvds & videos.
Is there a telephone with direct dialing in the rooms/apartments?
Some of our apartments have direct dial phones others have ready to go mobiles with . International access which come with a Euro 10 call card. Extra cards can be bought in most shops.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this?
Most of our apartments have air conditioning at no extra charge.
Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Most of our bigger apartments have a dining table & chairs, small studios have a breakfast bar with high stools.
Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Most of our apartment have Wireless Internet., check before booking. For a Euro 300 deposit we can supply a wireless card which is quite fast.
Is there a swimming pool?
Regret not.
Is parking or garage available?
No garage, but there is on street parking outside our properties but driving is a real nightmare in Rome, better to use the public transport. There are car parks available most do NOT open 24 hours.. Average cost is Euro 3 per hour. Below is a few we know of.
Terminal Gianicolo (not too far from St. Peter's)

This may be the most convenient structure, because there is an electric bus, #116, which has its terminal right inside the structure and goes every seven minutes to Via Giulia, Campo dei Fiori, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the Pantheon, Via del Tritone and P.zza Barberini. If you plan to avail yourself of this very simple system, be sure to stop at a tobacco shop or newsstand before you enter the car park, to purchase bus tickets.

Which is the nearest airport?
Rome has two airports. Leonardo da Vinci Airport (at Fiumicino) is used by the major airlines, while Ciampino Airport is used by budget airlines Easyjet and Ryanair. MORE AIRPORT INFO.

Which is the nearest railway station?
The Roma Termini Railway Station is situated in the centre of the city of Rome. It can be reached via underground through the "A" and "B" lines or the terminal buses in the square facing the station. The Roma Termini is open from 4 am to 1 am, compatibly to the last train's arrival on schedule.
Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
We have chosen apartments as close to the public transport system as possible, Metro or Bus
Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, but there are a number of fitness clubs within walking distance.which offer daily, weekly rates.
Are pets welcome?
No., sorry regret not.
Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but all we are surrounded by restaurants offering any type of food you fancy.
Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Some of our properties are connected to the Internet , were available there is no extra charge.
Check with us before booking. We can supply a wireless card. A euro 300 cash deposit is required.
Are Stag and Hen parties welcome.?
Yes we cater for Stag & Hen parties with our large group accommodation.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay depends on the type of apartment chosen, however the minimum period is usually 3 nights. But if there are available days between bookings you are more than welcome.
How do I go about booking an apartment?
Once you have chosen an apartment, click "Enquire" on the apartment details page, this will take you to a form where you need to fill in your details and submit it to us. We will then confirm availability on the required dates and contact you to finalize your booking.

Do you offer any discounts on large group bookings?
If you are a large group please contact us and we will create a special package depending on the size of the group.

Do you offer last minute rates
Yes if we have days which our apartments are empty we offer last minute discounted rates.
