Terms and Conditions
Check In / Check Out Time
All apartments have a Check in time of 2PM, If you arrive before 2PM and your apartment is ready you are more than welcome to check in. If we have guests checking out we need a few hours to clean the apartment so check in will be around 2PM. You can store your luggage and go for a walk.
Check out time is 12.00 noon. We offer late check outs were possible.
If we have no guests checking in to your apartment you are more than welcome to stay until your flight time. Let us know if you require a late check out and we'll let you know if it is possible
Rates Exclude
City tax /vat at 10%.
There are NO other charges added to our rates. Final cleaning / heating & Air-Con /cooling are included in rates.
Security deposit
We require a credit card guarantee for Euro 200 or the equivalent in cash.
There is no charge made to your card unless there are breakages.
If deposit is in cash we refund on departure if there is no damage caused.
Extra Guests
The rates quoted are based on 1-2 people staying(except in our large group apartments which is up to 6) Extra guests are charged at the following rates. Euro 30 to 50 per extra guest per night depending on the apartment booked. Check apartment details for full rates.
If in the advent you must cancel your reservation your 20% deposit is credited to your account against a future stay with us. This credit can be used by you or anyone you give it to. So you loose nothing. If you need to amend your dates or number in party please contact us by phone or e-mail.
If in the event of a NO SHOW Your deposit will be taken by us and and the 1st nights stay will be charged to your credit card. The 20% is NOT credited against a future stay...
IF AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID AND CONFIRMATION SENT YOUR GROUP NUMBER DROPS THE RATE QUOTED AT TIME OF BOOKING REMAINS THE SAME. THE NUMBER CAN INCREASE BUT NOT DECREASE.

At Check In Final Payment 80% Credit Card or Cash
We do not accept personal cheques but we do accept travelers cheques.
We forward full detailed directions on how to find us by e-mail after reservation is confirmed.
If we are collecting you or arranging your collection we will forward you additional information on where to meet us either in the Airport or central station.
Any questions you have which are not covered above please mail us.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a conformation e-mail will be sent. This mail should be printed and shown to the accommodation provider. If the voucher will not be shown to the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider reserves the right to vary prices & conditions applied in the voucher.
Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through
RomeEscape.com by phone (001305 7286261), by email or by online form. Links to these forms will always be clearly marked in the e-mailed confirmation e-mail.
We notify you of actions regarding your reservation and the apartments direction via e-mail.
Modification or Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made using this method.
