Luxury apartment located on the first floor of the Papal Mint, historic palace without elevator on Via dei Banchi Nuovi, a few steps away from Piazza Navona, Castel sant'Angelo and Campo de' Fiori. Considered one of the wonders of Baroque Rome, the palace was commissioned by the Popes Leone X (Giovanni De’ Medici) and Clemente VII (Giulio De’ Medici) to celebrate the political and economical rebirth of the city and was built in the first half of ‘500 under the supervision of the architect Antonio da Sangallo the Younger. The apartment, enriched by  oak panelled coffered ceiling,  Tuscan terra-cotta floors, precious marble doorways and a XVII century piano, is comprised of a large living room, a smaller second living area, two comfortable double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath-tub covered in precious marble and a terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for dining in the open air. Amenities, which include air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher, and the central and well-connected location make this apartment perfect for an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.
